This policy explains how Simmons Fox Ltd (trading as "Tillii", "we", "us") handles personal data collected through tillii.com. Tillii is currently in pre-seed research and development, and this website is informational, with forms for pilot, partnership and investor enquiries.

- Pilot applications: name, business name, work email, phone (optional), business type, number of locations, current technology providers (optional), approximate transaction volume (optional), and details of your challenge and interest in Tillii.
- Partner enquiries: name, organisation, role, email, partnership category and your message.
- Investor enquiries: name, organisation (optional), email, investor type and your message.
- General correspondence sent to us by email.
We do not currently use invasive tracking or advertising cookies. If we introduce privacy-conscious analytics (for example, Plausible, PostHog or GA4) to understand aggregate site usage, this policy and our cookie banner will be updated accordingly, and any use compatible with UK requirements will only proceed with appropriate consent where required.
How we use your information
